She holds a Master’s degree in Hindi Literature and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree. Her passion for language, literature, and meaningful education has shaped the lives of countless students.

As a TEDx speaker and a widely published author, her articles and literary pieces have been featured in several acclaimed books and respected magazines. Her work reflects a deep sensitivity toward culture, environment, and education. In recognition of her outstanding contribution to literature and social work, she was honored with the Gautam Buddha International Award in Bangkok.

Kalpana is deeply involved in curriculum development, especially for the IB (International Baccalaureate) Hindi programme.
